2. Delivery within Kiev and Ukraine:

In Ukraine, delivery is carried out by order of the goods for any amount. Shipping cost is calculated individually for each order based on its weight, the region and the method of delivery. Delivery is carried out by the purchaser.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta".

After ordering you will be contacted by our manager and agree on the terms of delivery and payment.

Important: Sending orders to the regions is carried out only after 100% prepayment for goods or cash on delivery by the purchaser.

Upon receipt of the goods by the shipping company, the buyer is obliged to inspect and check the integrity of the packaging and check the contents of the package. Upon detection of shortage, replacement or damage to the goods is in the parcel, buyer must:

• create a representative "Nova Poshta" an act of acceptance and transfer cargo (the form is in the act of the company's employees "Nova Poshta";

• write a complaint (download form);

• the goods leave the office at "Nova Poshta".

Otherwise, claims for equipment and the integrity of the ordered goods will not be considered.

Date and time of delivery for each order individually negotiated and depends on the category of goods ordered, the time of receipt of the order to the delivery service and the destination.

3. Cancel or change order:

If you decide to add or remove items from orders or cancel an order, you need to contact our managers by phone.

Attention! Cancel the order delivered by mail or courier service is not possible, so please try to form orders, which need not make any changes.
